- For $10 your only getting $9.01 worth of bitcoin because the fee is $0.99
- For $100 your only getting $97.01 worth of bitcoin because the fee is $2.99
- For $1000 your only getting $985.32 worth of bitcoin because the fee is $14.68
Buying on Coinbase Pro
- Examples uses “Cash Account” to buy Bitcoin for 10, $100, and $1000 USD,
- not Limit or Stop orders.
- After entering 10, 100, or 1000 in the Amount field,
- the Fee and your amount of BTC you will receive is displayed.
- Note the Coinbase Pro fees.

Coinbase Pro Fees- Again, note the fees – BTC = aprox: $62.672.44 at time of example
- For $10 your getting $9.96 worth of bitcoin because the fee is $0.04
- For $100 your getting $99.65 worth of bitcoin because the fee is $0.35
- For $1000 your getting $996.50 worth of bitcoin because the fee is $3.50
So it’s cheaper to buy crypto on Coinbase Pro
